You are given access to your project schedule on-line and can follow the building process daily. Our project managers ensure the schedule and budget stay on track and provide you with daily communications on the progress of the project. We guide you through the process every step of the way so you feel comfortable that the scope and direction of the project are being met. In time than you think, you can be moved into the new living space we created together.

What counts as finished square footage?

To be considered “finished”, the area must have flooring, wall covering (trimmed) and ceiling. NOTE: Tax records may not be accurate – be sure to confirm correct square footage. Do NOT include unfinished areas such as laundry room, furnace areas, storage areas that are not finished.
